If the reservation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date, the full amount should be paid at one time.

If reservations are made within 3 weeks before the commencement of your stay, your payment should be made by telephone or by transfer/giro within 2 days of the reservation date and at the latest 2 days before the commencement date of your stay.

If an accommodation agreement is cancelled by the client, in addition to the reservation costs that are payable each client will also owe the following:

  1. In case of cancellation up to 42 days before the date of arrival: 10% of the hotel accommodation costs;
  2. In case of cancellation from the 42nd day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the date of arrival: 30% of the hotel accommodation costs;
  3. In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 7th day before the date of arrival: 60% of the hotel accommodation costs;
  4. In case of cancellation from the 7th day (inclusive) to the date of arrival or later: the full hotel accommodation costs.
